World-class trad climbing on granite walls that rise straight from the Arctic sea, under the midnight sun.
Climbing in the Lofoten Islands is a unique adventure — granite peaks and walls rising straight from the Norwegian sea. Known for world-class trad climbing, the islands offer routes for all levels, from beginner-friendly multi-pitch to challenging big walls.
The midnight sun gives endless summer daylight for long days on the rock, surrounded by fjords and rugged coastlines. Whether scaling the iconic Presten or exploring hidden crags, Lofoten is unforgettable. The season runs from late June to the end of July, and transfers from Tromsø can be arranged.
